Acceptable Use Policy

SemioSnap is shared infrastructure. To keep it working for everyone, you agree not to:

• upload content you have no right to use, or content that is illegal where you or we are;
• upload other people's personal data unless you have a lawful basis to process it;
• try to access other accounts, other users' uploads, or systems you were not given access to;
• probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission;
• scrape the Service, run it by bot, or send traffic meant to overload it;
• get around usage limits, rate limits or plan allowances, including by opening several accounts;
• resell or sublicense access without an agreement with us;
• use the Service to harass anyone, or to build profiles of private individuals;
• use AI output to make fully automated decisions about people's health, credit, employment, housing or legal rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. To report abuse, use support.
