Your Grid
You pay for the searches you run and the documents you bring. Everything SemioSnap found for you is yours to keep, free. A document counts once, however many Grids it's in.

Questions
What is a search?
One query, on any lens, counts as one search. On Discovery, so does one uploaded document; on Research and Team the documents you bring count against your document pool instead. Opening a result, the Story, the map, Synchronicity and replaying your history never count.
What happens when I reach the allotment?
The app tells you once, with the date your searches come back (the 1st of the month). Nothing is lost: your history, uploads and exports stay where they are, and you can move to a bigger plan at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Teams and organisations
Up to 5 people: the Team plan, each with their own sign-in and shared Grids. For an institution, or mapping a whole archive, we set up an organisation plan with you directly. Talk to us.
